ERP Sync collects accounting documents from Google Drive, Gmail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, QuickBooks attachments and direct uploads, OCRs scanned pages, and makes the whole corpus searchable by meaning or by exact text and pattern — so an agent can find the invoice behind a transaction, every occurrence of a check number, or read a statement page by page.
Getting documents in
- Search and copy from Google Drive and Gmail, and from SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook — several accounts per user.
- Pull existing QuickBooks attachments in so they can be read.
- Upload directly, or have a script upload up to 20 files at a time.
- Organize by client group, company or department; tag and move files without losing OCR.
Reading and searching
- PDFs with a text layer are indexed immediately; scanned pages go through OCR.
- Search by meaning (“the equipment lease amendment from last spring”) or by exact text and pattern (every VIN, every check number).
- Agents read PDFs as page images, including handwriting, and load CSV or Excel files into queryable datasets.
- Agents can draft (never send) replies in Gmail and Outlook, create Google Docs and Sheets, and comment on Drive PDFs.
